Our Pet Policy
- Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
- No Weight Limit
- 1-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $400/Pet
- Monthly Pet Rent - $25/Pet
- Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernard’s, Wolf Hybrids, and Bull Mastiffs or any mix including any of the above breeds.
*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
